I’m Josh , a dad, husband, gamer, and licensed life & health insurance agent who’s a little obsessed with the stock market and becoming more financially literate.

I actually got into this career by clicking the wrong ad at the right time. I was curious about how money really worked, and the more I learned, the more I wanted to share. I’ve been where a lot of people are, living paycheck to paycheck, not really thinking about the future, spending on things that made me feel good in the moment, I spent most of my money on cigarettes and Dr Pepper if we are being honest. Once I realized how much power there was in just starting small and being consistent, everything changed. I kicked the smoking habit and started investing what I spent on cigarettes.

These days, I spend a lot of time encouraging others to do the same start where you are, invest what you can, and keep showing up. I like to share my own wins and losses because I think people learn best when it feels real, not preachy. Man have I had some losses, but instead of getting down on myself for it, I took what I learned and changed my strategies. I won't claim to know it all, but I have learned so much in the last few years that I'm confident that I can help you learn something and start to turn your situation around.

I’m building a Discord community for everyday people who want to learn about money and support each other along the way. I love working with people that don't feel as though they have a way out of the "paycheck to paycheck" situation and with youth that are getting those first paychecks and want to keep and grow their money. I wish someone had pulled me aside at that age and said, “Here’s how you can actually build something.” I enjoy hearing the stories and seeing what other obstacles people are facing, you never know when someone else's obstacles can become an obstacle in your life as well.

When I’m not helping clients or checking the markets, you’ll usually find me gaming, League of Legends, World of Warcraft, Path of Exile, really any MMO or AARPGs. I joke that I’ve always played the “Healer/Support” role, and in some ways that’s what I’m doing now too. Helping people protect what matters and build toward something better.

I’m Jessica a wife, mom, planner, and proud perfectionist (most days). I’m the organized half of CaVi Agency the one behind the spreadsheets, systems, and late night to do lists.

I didn’t start out in a good place financially. When I found out I was pregnant with my son, I was working three jobs trying to stay ahead of debt that just kept growing. I finally had to make the hard call to file for bankruptcy after he was born. It wasn't a decision I made lightly but starting over gave me room to breathe and the opportunity to learn from past mistakes. 

From there, I rebuilt everything slowly. I bought a beater car, saved a small emergency fund, and started learning about money, investing, and how to make better choices. I found out I actually love creating order out of chaos whether that’s building budgets, setting goals, or helping others find a system that works for them.

That’s also how I met Josh. We bonded over talking about money and investing, not in a flashy “get rich” way, but in a “how do we do better” way. We became each other’s accountability partners, and eventually, we realized that’s what most people need, someone to run with.

I’m not here to act like I have it all figured out. We’re still in the trenches, learning, adjusting, and growing. But I know what it feels like to come from rock bottom, and I know how powerful it is to get organized and start building momentum.

My biggest advice? 

Prioritize time spent with people who share your goals and give yourself grace.
